Booking Terms and Conditions
- To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required at time of booking balance due on arrival
- We accept Visa/Master/Bankcard
- Check in time 2pm
- Check out 10am
- Maximum 2 adults per room
- Accommodation is Not suitable for children/babies or pets
- Room´s and facilities are for use of resident guests only
- All our Guest Houses are a non smoking environment
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations are charged a $75 administration fee.
- Bookings cancelled with 30 or more days notice of your arrival date will be fully refunded.
- Bookings less than 30 days to your arrival date will be refunded on re-letting of your room.
- No refund on early departures
