Booking Terms and Conditions:

• To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required at time of booking balance due on arrival
• We accept Visa/Master/Bankcard
• Check in time 2pm
• Check out 10am
• Maximum 2 adults per room
• Accommodation is not suitable for children/babies or pets
• Room´s and facilities are for use of resident guests only
• All our Guest Houses are a non smoking environment

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations are charged a $75 administration fee.
• Bookings cancelled with 30 or more days notice of your arrival date will be fully refunded.
• Bookings less than 30 days to your arrival date will be refunded on re-letting of your room.
• Bookings for Peak periods Xmass,New Years and Easter require 60 days notice of cancellations.
• We will always attempt to re-book your room.
• No refund on early departures
